all ears... and legs... settling in in Savannah

Eleven weeks and my ears just popped right up- not that you can't tell. They are good strong ears and I will grow into them, I hope. I am earmarked (haha) to be part of the future of the Shiloh Shepherd breed if I develop the way I should. Meanwhile I am getting to know my humans and my squeaky duck. They  tell me I'm smart and doing so well 'potty training' already. (big deal, right.. um, hello, we all gotta go, is the applause necessary? oh well, I like the treats, that is for sure)

Coming home to Savannah!

Whew! Here I am in the arms of this sweet human after a long plane ride from New Zion ISSR Shiloh Shepehrds in New York, where I was born. My breeders, Tina and Lisa Barber, entrusted me to this new family in Savannah, GA, and sent me packin'! An American-bred shepherd, Shiloh Shepherds are a breed in development, part of a very selective breeding program recorded by the International Shiloh Shepherd Registry, or ISSR, the only true registry of the breed and overseen by the breed founder, Tina Barber.

I came out of my crate tail a'waggin' to greet my rescuers and new human family. A good start, to be sure.
